A simple business principle is to keep your chiropractic patient education limited to one point.

People can not remember one than more point at a time. You are best served by just figuring out your most important concept or idea you want to patients to remember, be it subluxations or the role of chiropractic care, and discuss it and only it on the first 4 visits.

Get creative in how you discuss it. Start by introducing it on the first visit, remind them of it on the report of findings visit and then just position it a different way on each visit to keep it interesting.

At our Express Chiropractic Membership Chiropractic offices we have a script for how we explain subluxations and the frequency of care required to improve them.

The script is slightly different for each visit but the message is the same.
